Topic:- The Great Earthquake Is Here For You
Text:- Acts 16:26
Great earthquake was mentioned in seven (7) places in the Bible. In Ezekiel 38:19, it was called great shaking but NKJV mentioned it as a great earthquake. In Matthew 28:2; Luke 21:11; Acts 16:26; Revelation 6:12; 11:13; 16:18, all called it great earthquake.
In all these passages, it refers to physical earthquake i.e. where the earth will open and swallow people or things and cover them back, except in Matthew 28:2 and Acts 16:26.
In Matthew 28:2 the stone put at the entrance of grave of Jesus was rolled away by an Angel from heaven so that people will have access to the grave and know that He has resurrected and He is alive forevermore.
Why are we then referring to great earthquake at this time?
It is to declare to you that everything that stand before you as stones i.e. problems and challenges, have been rolled away by the power of God. This shows that your closed door has been opened miraculously. And no matter how great it may be, it is solved once and for all because it has been sat on.
Also, in Acts 16:26, it was God who directed Paul and Silas to go to the city, where problem came upon them and they were jailed. Even despite their many problems and pains and castigations, they still went ahead to pray and to sing praises to God. These warranted the great earthquake.
This is not real earthquake but Holy Ghost quake i.e. the presence of God Himself coming to rescue His people.
The foundation shook to let you know that any evil thing planted in your foundation is removed.
Their bond was loosed and door opened, to let you know that you are no more bound but to move on and possess your possession.
Prayer Points:-
1. I command every stranger in my life, body and family, come out by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Great Earthquake of Holy Ghost, visit and fall on me now, and settle my case once and for all in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Enough is enough, I am moving to the next level of the miraculous for my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
