Topic:- The Baptized Sinner

There he was standing in the company of 12 other baptized.
They were all robed in white to symbolize purity.
He was full of smiles each time he looks behind to catch a glimpse of us behind.
We were his close friends. His co-smokers, women hunters, and system men.
We did a whole lot of atrocities together.
Just last night, we were in a club in the company of Prostitutes where we drank to stupor in preparation for his Baptism today.
We smiled back at him in earnest expectation of the Party afterward.
We had rented Canopies and Musical Instruments.
Our friend’s mother had cooked afang soup with better Calabar fufu and other delicacies.
The arrangement was fully made.
After service, we went home for the after-baptism party where we drank all night and smoked all manner of shit.
Girls were in large supply as every one of us had an opportunity to misbehave.
Our guy who just came out of the water in the name of Baptism was all joy in the heart of the celebration.
He was equally drunk and high with weed.
Sadly, this guy till today is not born again.
In fact, he is worse than before he Baptized.
This is the story many Pastors won’t let you hear.
Large numbers of sinners are forced to Baptize just for record purposes.
This story is no fiction as I Young Asanga was in the centre of all the activities after the Baptism service.
It’s time for the Church to be re-evangelized for God.
The Church is the house of God, not a den of thieves.
Prayer Point:- Oh Lord God, help me to be Your child indeed henceforth by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
