A. Gideon Was The 1st Person To Ask For Dew:
In Judges 6:36-40, Gideon asks for a sign. And this sign he asked for was what has been name since then, “the sign of the fleece.”
B. Why He Asked For Dew:
1. Dew stand as symbol for Unity. See Psalm 133
2. Dew stand as symbol of blessing. See Genesis 27:28; Deuteronomy 33:13; Micah 5:7.
3. Dew stand as the symbol of refreshment. See Deuteronomy 32:2; Job 29:19; Isaiah 18:4.
4. Dew also stand as the symbol of stealth. See 2 Samuel 17:12; Hosea 6:4, 13:3; Job 38:28; Proverbs 3:20.
5. The unusual visit of the Angelic being for his call. See Judges 6:11-16.
C. The Unusual In The Book Of Acts 3:1-10
1. Hours of prayer to pray. Verse 1.
2. Beautiful gate, called ho-rah-yos in Greek language, meaning timely. Verse 2.
3. Born lame from mother’s womb. Verse 2.
4. Wanted to receive alms. Verse 3.
5. Expectations to receive alms change for grater and better option. Verses 4-6.
6. Gave word of authority, and back with action. Verses 6-7.
7. The unexpected happened. Verses 8-10.
D. Prayer Points:
1. I command every generation curses, operating in my life, expired and cancelled by fire.
2. My Father, my Father, my Father, go in any length and settled me by Fire.
