Narrating The Third Time I Saw Jesus Christ

Sunday 21th October 2018 Morning Prayer Devotion

Scripture Reading:- Isaiah 40

Topic:- Narrating The Third Time I Saw Jesus Christ

Text:- Phillippians 3:10

A. The Third Time I Saw Jesus:

1. It was during the time we were doing 50 days prayer and fasting revival programme at Ajah Area around January, 2012. On one of these days, around 2a.m, Jesus came into my room, and sat on the chair in my room, and told me clearly that He is here to change my name.
Let me say it vividly how the vision went. Around that time I said as above, I just finished praying, then, in a twinkle of an eye, I saw Jesus in a white long robe, came into my room where I stayed, and sat on the only chair in the room. I was sitting on the bed in my room. [Since this will be the 3rd time I saw Him, definitely, I can’t mistake His identity now]. It is a great privilege.
As He sat there on the chair, He said, “For some time now, you have been trying to change your surname, in which the Authority in your Church had refused you so far. But, I have come to give you My own Name. And that, this name I want to give you, must be concluded by you after this question.”
He continued, “The question is this: ‘If ogun, [i.e. god of iron], should come into My House, or visit Me in My House, what will happen’?” It was after much deliberation and trouble in my heart, then I came to my senses. Then the visit ended.
I believe you now know the reason behind my surname, i.e. Ogundele-Jesu, meaning, [the god of iron came to the house of Jesus]. So, if the god of iron should come into the house of Jesus, you too can feature or conclude what will happen. Definitely, the god of iron must surrender to Jesus. Without mincing words, that was how Jesus came and revealed Himself to me.

2. Why Am I Relating The Vision:
a. Don’t forget that it was God who commanded me to relate it, i.e. if you have been following my story since day before yesterday. See Acts 5:29.
b. Continuous waiting upon the Lord God will make His anointing rob upon you. See Isaiah 40:29-31.
c. It is not by power nor might but the grace of God only that can make you to see Jesus. See Zechariah 4:6.
d. If Jesus can reveal Himself to me, definitely He can do the same to you once you are craving for Him. See Philippians 3:10.

Prayer Points:-
1. Oh Lord God, help me to obey You everyday of my life, and be in Your perfect will always, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. My Father and my God, give me strength and grace to be able to wait on You henceforth, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Oh Lord my God, help me to know more and more, and also ability to see Jesus in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. 4. Oh Lord God, rain upon me, Your morning rain, in the name of Jesus Christ.

ALTAR CALL

If you want to give your life to Christ; you want your sins forgiven; you want to become a child of God; you want to experience the realities of new birth; you want to make heaven;

Or you were once saved and fell along the line, and now you want to rededicate your life to Christ…

Then pray this short prayer of Faith

Say it loud and mean it:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins, wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me.

Thank God for your soul. I congratulate you for the best decision of your life. For further details on how to grow in this new light, please click the CONTACT page or visit TACN or any bible believing church near you and ask for the pastor in charge.
