MONDAY 18TH JUNE 2018 MORNING PRAYER DEVOTION
SCRIPTURE READING:- GENESIS 12:9-20
TOPIC:- MY RESTORATION HAS COME
TEXT:- 2 KING 8:6
Have you been in any form of imprisonment? As long as the prison is not inside you, the God that delivered the chief butler, the servant that Pharaoh threw into the prison, shall restore you back to your original position in Jesus name. The Chief Butler of Pharaoh was in the prison when he had a dream of restoration which was interpreted by Joseph in the prison. It turned out to be the dream that paved way for his restoration. See Genesis 40:13.
Is it not wonderful that people can still dream inside prison? As long as the prison is not inside of you, God can still visit you and deliver His message of hope into your spirit.
Can you imagine the hopelessness of the case of the biblical mad man of Gadara? How would you think the family felt when they found their son who has been cutting himself with stones and sharp objects suddenly become the one that is ready to preach and follow Jesus Christ wherever He went? It is unbelievable but it did happen. Hours ago the man was loaded and troubled by legion of unclean spirits; he was considered an irredeemable case but when Jesus stepped in there was total restoration. See Luke 8:35.
What happened to the host of demon spirits troubling the mad man? Hey! Jesus gave them leave and the man was restored back to his normal state. See Mark 5:15.
It is strange, isn’t it? At the same time it is real. God does great and marvelous things that we cannot explain. How did Esther handle her challenges? She was ready to stake her life. See Esther 4:16. Did she perish? Of course, not!
God will never abandon you half way in the battle field; He will see to it that you come out victorious in the long run.
As you cry to the King of kings, and the Lord of lords, He shall order a full restoration of everything you have lost, including what you never worked for.
The woman, in the scripture below, cried to the king and she received all that she had lost, including what she never worked for. See 2 Kings 8:6.
Prayer Points:-
1. Every satanic warehouse containing all my stolen and confiscated goods, be emptied now by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. O Lord, ordain me to unseat every evil government controlling the affairs of my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Every evil womb carrying satanic pregnancy because of me, receive miscarriage now, in the name of Jesus Christ.
