Topic:- God The Consuming Fire Versus Lying [Lies/Liar]
Text:- Numbers 23:19
The dictionary meaning of lying is a statement made with deliberate intent to deceive. It’s also called an intentional untruth. It is also means a falsehood.
Another dictionary says it means something intended or serving to convey a false impression or an imposture. It is also an inaccurate or false statement or a falsehood. Funny enough, lies was partially allowed because Abraham was not judge for speaking it to save himself from dying because of his wife Sarah. Isaac too did the same. That of Jacob is even being encouraged by his mother to deceive his father Isaac. See Genesis 12:19; 26:9; 27:1-40.
You will not believe that some Theologians are basing their argument to justify their lies. But when we now scan through the New Testament, we now believe that lies is lie. You will note that Jesus is the first to condemn that all liars are of the devil. See 1 Samuel 16:1-5; John 8:38-45.
Apostle Paul too, he was not silent in speaking against liars, (Ephesians 4:25]. Apostle John even concluded the end of liars that they are destined for hell. See Ephesians 4:25; Revelation 21:8.
Whatever this lies may be called, either white lie, or gospel lie, or holy lie, or lies of any kind, the end is destruction. See Proverb 19:9; Hebrews 6:18.
Prayer Points:
1. I command the spirit of lie, that is operating in my life, what are you waiting for, die by God’s consuming fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. I refuse to become liar, lying spirit, be consumed by God’s consuming fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. I refuse to lie again, never again in my life, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. You demon of lying that is operating in my life, come out by God’s consuming fire now, in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. You lying that is operating in my life from the devil, be consumed by God’s consuming fire now, in the name of Jesus Christ.
6. I command every attitude and character of lying in my life, summersult and die by God’s consuming fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
7. I command, all the promises of God will begin to manifest for fulfillment henceforth because, the lies of the devil has failed in my life by God’s consuming fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
