Topic:- Evil Gang Up
Text:- Psalm 118:17
Evil gang-up is about some people or gate of hell coming together to determine what will happen to you for evil. Either to terminate our life or get you destroyed by any means, so as to put a stop to your being used of God. They found you too hot to be handled, so the next thing is to silence you temporarily or permanently.
This topic can best be understood in the following reasons of different kinds of ganging up, so that you will not be remembered again. But I am standing on your behalf that in the name of Jesus Christ, they have failed and will continue to fail, because the Lord Jesus is your master, John 4:4.
1. There will be evil gang-up if your promotion is at the door knocking. They fell oppressed, that is why it is only you that good is being reserved for. They will try all possible best to make sure that your promotion is not achieved. But God that is on your side will not leave you alone, if you are doing His will and be prayerful.
Great example of this is Daniel that evil gang-up came his way but at last all those that ganged up against him were silenced and destroyed. See Daniel 6.
2. There can also be evil gang-up for you, so as to put you into shame and disgraced. But as you wait on God and understand His doings in your life, you will come out dancing and your enemies will bow and surrender unto you.
Example of this is Elisha whom the sons of Prophet later bowed down for and recognized double power of Elijah on him. See 2 Kings 2:11-15.
3. Another evil gang-up can be on you to put you to death. But remember, the Psalmist says you will not die but live to declare God’s goodness, Psalm 118:17.
Example that always come to mind is about Paul in which some people even took an oath not to eat until they see Paul slain and dead. See Act 23:12-22.
4. And the last to summarize this evil gang-up topic is on our Lord Jesus Christ, when He was on this earth. Remember that Christ came to save and deliver us, and even to die for our sins, Acts 10:38.
Even Pilate that tried to be the only one left to free Jesus of all the accusations against Him couldn’t because of the evil gang-up to terminate the life of Jesus.
Remember, yours will not be possible because Jesus has paid the death penalty for us, Galatians 3:13. See Luke 23:6-25.
Any evil gang-up against you will fail and never stand again, in Jesus’ name.
Prayer Points:-
1. I command every trace of implication and evil gang-up against my promotion and breakthrough, catch fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. You evil manipulators that are ganging up against my promotion and progress, what are you waiting for? Perish now by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. I declare, any evil gang-up that is already manifesting in my life, I send you back to sender, in the name of Jesus Christ.
