Topic:- Divine Acceleration Of Elijah
Text:- 1 Kings 18:46
Foremost, what is acceleration? The online dictionary browsed that, “acceleration is any change in the speed or the direction of movement.”
It does not matter, from a scientific point of view, if only the direction changes but not the speed, as with a planet in a circular orbit, or if the object is reducing in speed but keeping the same direction.
The hand of God was strongly upon Elijah, after he disgraced, silenced, and killed the baal’s prophets. And more so, God honored him in answering his prayer by fire.
After unrelenting prayer for rain to re-visit the land of Israel, after three and half years of drought and famine. He announced to the king that there is coming abundance of rain.
The king had nothing to doubt but to believe as it was the same Elijah who caused the rain to cease. Elijah outran king Ahab. How manage Elijah who was without means of transportation ran ahead of King Ahab who was using chariot? See 1 Kings 18:46.
That was divine acceleration, and that is what God will do for you. God will make you to be at the fore-front. Your enemies will not be able to overcome you nor catch up with you. See James 5:17-18; John 20:4.
Prayer Points:-
1. Oh Lord my God, let Your hand be upon me for good for divine acceleration, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. Oh Lord God, anoint me powerfully henceforth for divine acceleration, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. I refuse to lag behind henceforth. I will make it to the top, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. I command every power hindering my prayer to be answered, what are you waiting for, die, in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. Oh Lord God, let the words of my mouth, carry fire for miracle and divine acceleration just like Elijah henceforth, in the name of Jesus Christ.
