The 9 Gifts of Holy Spirit are divided into three (3) categories as follows:
1. The Gift of utterance/inspiration. See 1 Corinthians 12:10.
a. Prophecy – 1 Corinthians 12:10b. This is Spirit-inspired utterance or message from God in Forth-telling and Fore-telling. See Acts 11:27-30; 13:2.
b. Speaking in Tongues/Different kinds of Tongues – 1 Corinthians 12:10d. This is an inspirational utterance in which only the speaker is edified but without knowing the meaning or the interpretation of what he/she says. See Acts 2:3-4; 10:44-46; I Corinthians 14:2-4.
c. Interpretation of Tongues – 1 Corinthians 10e. This is an inspirational utterance in which both the speaker and the hearer are edified because of the supernatural interpretation of the tongues, only the interpreter know what was said and God Himself. In fact, the devil didn’t know what was said until it’s been interpreted. See Acts 2:5-11; I Corinthians 14:5-17, 26-28.

2. The Gift of Power. See 1 Corinthians 12:9-10.
a. Faith – 1 Corinthians 12: 9a. This is not ‘Saving Faith’ which every Christian possess but the ‘Faith’ that moves mountain, i.e. the power to lay hold on God’s promises for results. See James 5:17-18.
b. The Gifts of Healing – 1 Corinthians 12:9b. This is the gift for all various illness, disease and infirmity which resides in the body, mind/soul and spirit of human beings. See Mark 5:1-15; Luke 5:12-15; John 5:1-9.
c. The Gift of Working of Miracles – 1 Corinthians 12:10a. This is the gift for supernatural happenings through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. See Acts 3:1-10.

3. The Gift of Revelation. See 1 Corinthians 12:8-10.
a. The Word of Wisdom – 1 Corinthians 12:8a. This gift makes known to the people of the Lord, the purpose of God for them in a particular situation. See Acts 6:1-7.
b. The Word of Knowledge – 1 Corinthians 12:8b. This gift reveals the facts of a situation. See John 4:17-19.
c. Discerning of Spirits – 1 Corinthians 12:10c. This gift is necessary and compulsory, that you will be able to distinguish between what came from the Holy Spirit, what is satanic or counterfeit, and what is simply of the flesh. See Acts 5:1-11; 16:16-18.
Note: The Gift of Holy Spirit is without repentance. See Romans 11:29; James 1:17. And also, some people can have all the 9 Gifts. And it’s a must and very compulsory that you must have at least one whenever you receive the Baptist of the Holy Ghost. See 1 Corinthians 12:11.

ALTAR CALL

If you want to give your life to Christ; you want your sins forgiven; you want to become a child of God; you want to experience the realities of new birth; you want to make heaven;

Or you were once saved and fell along the line, and now you want to rededicate your life to Christ…

Then pray this short prayer of Faith

Say it loud and mean it:

“Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins, wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for saving me.

Thank God for your soul. I congratulate you for the best decision of your life. For further details on how to grow in this new light, please click the CONTACT page or visit TACN or any bible believing church near you and ask for the pastor in charge.
