Topic:- 2nd And 3rd Divine Feeding Of Elijah
Text:- 1 Kings 19:5-8
The Bible says that the Prophet Elijah, overwhelmed by the challenges he faces, asks God to let him die so he can escape his circumstances. He then falls asleep under a tree.
All at once, an Angel touched him and said, “Get up and eat.” He looked around, and there by his head was a cake of bread baked over hot coals, and a jar of water. Just like a parent taking care of a beloved child, the Angel of the Lord makes sure that Elijah has everything he needs.
The angel follows up a second time when Elijah doesn’t eat or drink enough the first time. When Elijah’s physical needs are met, God knows Elijah will also be more at peace emotionally, and better able to trust Him spiritually.
The supernatural way that God provides food and water for Elijah is similar to how God performs miracles to provide manna and quail for the Hebrews in the desert and to cause water to flow from a rock when they were thirsty.
Prayer Points:-
1. O ye my Angels, where are you, locate me now by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
2. You all the Angels assigned to help me, encamp round me and deliver me henceforth, in the name of Jesus Christ.
3. Destiny Angels assigned to connect me to my benefactors, arise and do your work now, in the name of Jesus Christ.
4. Where are my miraculous provision, it is time, locate me now by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
5. Oh Lord God, help me out of those challenges confronting me now by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.
